1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using EPR Compliance App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service & Billing
The App provides automated data aggregation tools for European packaging compliance. Paid features (such as 12-month historical data exports and additional jurisdictions) are billed via the native Shopify Billing API. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app.
3. Limitation of Liability
EPR Compliance App is a data aggregation and reporting software, not a certified accounting firm, tax authority, or legal counsel. We map your product data based on the parameters you set in your store.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product weights.
- You are solely responsible for the final data submitted to European Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs).
- You are solely responsible for the payment of any resulting environmental taxes.
We assume zero liability for government audits, fines, marketplace suspensions, or tax penalties resulting from your use of this software.
4. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice, particularly in response to changing EU regulatory frameworks.
